Privacy Policy

OptionsLab (“we”, “us”), operating optionslab.ai in partnership with ClickOptions, provides research, analytics, trading signals and related subscription services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data. An email address (if you register with email and password — the password is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash), your Google account email (if you sign in with Google), and/or your Telegram user ID and username (if you sign in or connect through our Telegram bot).
• Subscription and payment data. Your subscription plan, status and payment records. Crypto payments are processed by our payment provider (NOWPayments); we receive payment status and identifiers, never your wallet keys. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details.
• Service configuration. Settings you provide to use our products — for example a Discord webhook or Telegram channel for signal delivery, a referral code, an amount per signal, and, for auto-execution, ClickOptions API credentials. API credentials are encrypted at rest, are write-only (they are never displayed back), are used exclusively to place the orders you configured, and can be revoked by you at any time in your ClickOptions account.
• Usage and log data. Execution logs for your account (orders placed or simulated and their outcomes), and standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) kept for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide the services: sign-in, subscriptions, signal delivery, auto-execution and notifications.
• To send service communications — payment confirmations, renewal reminders and expiry notices (by email and/or Telegram).
• To secure the platform: rate-limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sign-in and browser storage

Signing in stores a session token in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. We use this essential storage for authentication — not for advertising tracking. Google sign-in is provided by Google Identity Services under Google’s privacy policy.

Third parties we work with

• Google — optional sign-in (we receive your verified email address).
• Telegram — optional sign-in, notifications and our signal channels.
• NOWPayments — crypto payment processing.
• ClickOptions — trade execution for auto-executed signals, and the platform our trade links point to.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and content delivery.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and security purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time; deletion requests are honoured except where we must retain records (for example, payment history) to meet legal obligations.
